Note: rPA is a variant of non glycosylated tissue type plasmin activator. It has an enzyme binding point of hinge region 2 and human tissue type plasmin activator. It contains 355 of 527 amino acids (amino acids 1-3 and 176-527) of natural tissue type plasmin activator. The protein was obtained from the inactive inclusion body in E. coli. After folding in vitro (spatial structure changes), it transforms into an active form. The pH of the solution is 6.5-7.5.

It is a white or off-white lyophilized powder.

[Indication]

It applies to thrombolytic therapy for acute myocardial congestion caused by coronary artery congestion in adults and can improve ventricular function after myocardial infarction. It should be used as early as possible within 12 hours after symptoms occur. The treatment effect is better when used within 6 hours after occurrence than that used within 7-12 hours after occurrence.
